Rain expected to cool Jakarta

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics  Agency (BMKT) has
predicted that most Jakartans would likely be accompanied with light
rain on Sunday, which would consistently affect the entire city in
 various intensities.

“Those who live in West Jakarta should either grab their rain jackets

or stay at home, as a massive rain system is expected to get the
whole region wet, all day. While those who live in the other four
parts of town can celebrate a bit, as the rains will slowly fade away
starting this afternoon,” BMKG reported on Sunday
as quoted by tempointeraktif.com.

The day-long rain, the report continued, would likely decrease the

citywide temperature to 25 from 33 degree Celsius, meaning that
most Jakartans could enjoy fresh air on Sunday.
